Sterling Heights, MI. The Macomb Group, Inc. proudly announces that it has acquired the operations of Mechanical Supply Company, a well respected North Carolina-based fellow distributor of pipe, valves and fittings to commercial and industrial customers.
“We’ve been looking for the right opportunity in the southeast for a number of years and see Mechanical Supply as having many of the same qualities as our own organization—putting customers and service first,” said Bill McGivern, CEO of The Macomb Group. As the 8th largest industrial distributor of pipe, valves and fittings, The Macomb Group will now operate 19 locations in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina.
