Our Ford transmission plant needed six-inch extremely high-temperature ducting or hose to exhaust fumes from the tail pipes of test vehicles. Additionally, the engineer designated to work on the solution stated they needed flexible ducting with an operating temperature of at least 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our experts made a single call to NORRES to find out if they had hose to meet these requirements. They recommended the CP HiTex 481 with a continuous rating of 1,100 F and a short time of 1,300 F. NORRES had the hose in stock and was able to ship the same day. Five months after installation, our customer reports exceptional performance with no issues.
